Welcome to Wear Xolo! Wear Xolo is operated by Casa Frida Market LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Wear Xolo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wearxolo.com (the “Site”), including any purchases made through the Site.

1. ONLINE STORE
Wear Xolo offers pet accessories and related products through our online store.
You may use our Site and purchase our products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use our Site or products in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes the rights of others, interferes with the operation or security of the Site, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including colors, patterns, materials, dimensions, and other product details.
However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, fabric placement, and other factors.
Many Wear Xolo products are handmade or incorporate handmade details. Because of the nature of handmade products and patterned fabrics, slight variations in stitching, measurements, pattern placement, color, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the individual character of handmade products and are not necessarily considered defects.
3. SIZING & FIT
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate product size for their pet.
Please review the applicable Size & Fit Guide and product measurements before placing your order.
Because pets vary in breed, build, coat, and proportions, sizing recommendations are provided as general guidance and do not guarantee a particular fit.
For your pet's comfort and safety, please ensure that all products fit properly and are used as intended.
4. ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized or unlawful activity, product availability issues, pricing or listing errors, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and offers may change without notice.
Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout as applicable.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product description, promotional, or other errors on the Site. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you when appropriate before proceeding with the affected order.

Delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Wear Xolo.
Wear Xolo is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Please review that policy before placing your order, particularly for any items that may be personalized, customized, final sale, or otherwise ineligible for return.

From time to time, Wear Xolo may offer promotional codes, discounts, special offers, or other promotions.

Wear Xolo products are intended for use as pet accessories as described on the applicable product page.
Pet accessories should be used under appropriate supervision. Please inspect products regularly for signs of damage or excessive wear and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged or unsafe.
Unless expressly identified and sold as such, Wear Xolo accessories are not intended to function as safety, restraint, or protective equipment.
Always choose products appropriate for your pet's size, behavior, and individual needs.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content—including the Wear Xolo name and branding, logos, original product designs, graphics, illustrations, photographs, product descriptions, text, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to Casa Frida Market LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
